  Trendy fashion at low low prices! There isn't much I don't like about Old Navy. I wouldn't say I'm the most fashionable man around, but while shopping for clothes here, I feel it's hard to make a bad decision. I used the restroom during my visit and it was spotless and smelled clean. The quality of materials is very good for the price, but not the very best, and I found many of the clothing shelves cluttered and in disarray (see pic posted by me). No staff members asked me if I need help finding anything either (they were ALL on the women's side of the store) hence my 4-star review. Other than that, if you don't mind digging through mounds of T-shirts that people have looked at and just thrown back on the shelf without any staff refolding, this here is a great place for clothes. To note, the women's side was very organized with at least 4 staff members over there hard at work. The men's side looked like a post appoctolyptic wasteland.

  Went in to return a pair of shorts I had purchased online and exchange for different size. Cashier ran into some issues when trying to do the exchange and I had to wait for a couple minutes. They had multiple employees instantly come up to registers to help and after the issue was solved they even gave me a coupon for my patience! Great customer service and super nice, apologetic employees! Love this place!
