  I have been with sprint well over 20 years. Cell service since sprint was available. i have been in mentor over ten years and i NEVER have had a good experience with this store. they were once going to make me wait an hour n half to purchase a phone charger. my very LAST experience with them, they told me after porting my phone to another carrier Sprint would send me a box to return my cell phones and that if i returned them at the sprint store i could end up paying for the phones plus another 4 months service, a week later i called sprint and to find out that sprint would never voluntarily send out a return box to me, i had to set it up. Horrible store to go to, i avoided it as much as i could for as long as i have known it was there. i drove to a branch store half hour away to get good service.
